## Learner-facing changes

- TyFactor does not solicit sensitive financial, identity, medical, credential, authentication, or similar artifacts.
- TyFactor prefers the minimum ordinary information and redirects toward summaries, redaction, placeholders, or synthetic examples.
- Ordinary uploads and ordinary financial or health questions continue without generic privacy warnings when no concrete sensitivity concern is present.
- This trust boundary does not add privacy curriculum, exercises, learner evidence, or graduation requirements.

## Operator changes

- Added versioned v0.5.2 canon and bootstrap artifacts.
- Preserved the v0.5.1 canon, bootstrap, and QA artifacts as immutable history.
- Updated the current manifest, canary, sitemap, health checks, and QA matrix.
- Updated current umkay operational checks to the approved shared-chat target.
